Peanut Butter Protein Pudding
This protein-packed peanut butter protein pudding helps stabilize blood sugar while also satisfying your cravings.
Servings: 1 serving
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt of choice
- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition's Naked PB
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts or no-sugar-added chocolate chips optional
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until no clumps remain.
Top with peanuts or chocolate chips, if using.
