Roasted Sesame Edamame

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Frozen Edamame (thawed)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (divided)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Table Salt
Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl, combine the edamame, oil, sesame seeds, and salt. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
