Oil-Free Dressings
Oil-free store-bought dressings are very hard to come by. We have found two versions. Your best bet is to either make your own or use sauces (below) to make dressings.
Whole Foods’ Garlic Tahini Dressing (vegan, sugar-free, oil-free)
Dr. Fuhrman’s Salad Dressings
These you have to buy directly from his site. We’ve never tried them but Dr. Fuhrman’s reputation ensures their high quality and healthfulness.
Oil-Free Crackers
Some other varieties of Mary’s crackers are not oil-free so be sure to look at the ingredient list.
Engines 2’s Crackers
